Real Estate Analysis Tools

Know if the deal makes sense before you make the offer.

Trigon is a suite of estimating tools built for real estate investors. Run the comps, calculate the ARV, check your ROI, and get a lending pre-approval — all before you write an offer. Built to work hand in hand with Nork Group and Nork Capital Lending.

Important: Every Trigon tool produces an estimate only. Values, comps, ARV figures, and ROI projections are approximations generated from available data and are not appraisals, guarantees, or professional advice. Always confirm your numbers with a licensed realtor, appraiser, contractor, and financial or legal professional before purchasing any property or entering into any agreement.

The Process

From Property to Closing — Step by Step

Use the tools in this order. Each step builds on the one before it, so by the time you make an offer you already know your numbers, your financing, and your exit.

1
Nork Group

Find the Property

Start with norkgroupllc.com. Browse available properties and work directly with a Nork Group realtor to tour homes and identify the ones worth analyzing. Investors, realtors, and buyers all work through the same pipeline.

2
Trigon Tool

Value Estimator

Run your first check. The Value Estimator pulls comparable sales in the area so you can see quickly whether the asking price is in line with the neighborhood — or whether the deal is dead on arrival.

Estimate only. Not an appraisal.

3
Trigon Tool

Comp Report

Already pulled your own comps and want a second opinion? The Comp Report gives you a deeper breakdown to help you refine your After Repair Value (ARV) — the number everything else depends on.

Estimate only. Confirm ARV with a licensed appraiser.

4
Trigon Tool

Fix & Flip Calculator

Now find out if the property is actually worth buying. Enter your purchase price, rehab budget, holding costs, and ARV to see your projected return on investment. The calculator also shows whether the deal fits hard money lending parameters — and if it does, you can request a pre-approval through Nork Capital Lending.

Projections are estimates and depend entirely on the accuracy of the numbers you enter.

Ask Trigon (AI)

Take the figures from your Fix & Flip Calculator and bring them into Ask Trigon. Paste in your numbers, describe the property you're interested in, and ask whether the ROI supports making an offer. You can also ask Ask Trigon to connect you with a Nork Group agent to help structure and submit the offer.

Ask Trigon is an estimating and informational tool. It is not a substitute for a licensed realtor, appraiser, attorney, or financial advisor.

6
Nork Group & Nork Capital

Offer, Escrow & Closing

Once the seller accepts your offer, we order the contract and place your deposit with the title escrow company. Financing runs through Nork Capital Lending and our associate lenders. From that point until closing, you'll have a dedicated WhatsApp line open with our financing team so you always know where your deal stands.
